  Bought a kitchen and had it delivered to a property in am currently renovating. To be fair it was delivered on the day they said. When I got the text from them saying it had been delivered I called my joiner who was there to accept delivery and fit the kitchen who advised me of the 13 items ordered only 8 were delivered. The driver nor the company called to advise that our order was part complete so I spent over 3 hours on the phone to the main customer services and the branch itself to sort it out. I spoke to the store deputy manager Chris a couple of times to resolve this who to be fair had the attitude that I was annoying him by calling to sort this and question where my kitchen was. Not once did I get an apology about the incomplete order and in the end I had to go personally to collect the missing items. I ordered a kitchen but when 40% of what you ordered is missing a sorry or someone who actually communicates this with you would be appreciated. The store manager apparently on the days I called was in meetings all day so not available so hopefully they were discussing how bad their delivery service is!!???

  Tried to order a kitchen but received a poor service. Not the kind of staff who wanted to say yes. We've just left and it wasn't even half four. There wasn't a single customer in the shop and there were three staff who looked to be doing nothing. After we asked to order our kitchen, despite arriving with a list of units and measurements with product codes to make the whole process quick and easy, we had to book an appointment for the next day. We don't exactly live round the corner but that seemingly meant nothing. We also enquired as to how long the wait for delivery was and were told 4 weeks which seems ridiculous. This was my first time trying to order a kitchen. I hope Wickes competitors perform better than this.
